Story
The adventures of Stafford rolls on!
Did you miss the opportunity to join Team Marvel on their epic marathon or True Grit challenge? Do you need another excuse to get the superhero outfits out?
Well here is your chance! September 19, City to Bay. Join Stafford and his Superheroes as we run,walk,crawl 12km in the annual City to Bay and raise some funds for Team little heroes (providing care for seriously ill children in Adelaide). There is only 2 small caveats... 1. A donation to the fundraiser is required (any amount will do) and 2. Superhero attire must be worn... no excuses. Imagine a squadron of superheroes running down Anzac Highway in support of Staff and Ill children in the state!
P.s. If 12km isnt your thing, jump in at any race length and join the fun.

Little Heroes Foundation Incorporated
In 27 years of operation, Little Heroes Foundation has raised close to $40 million - the majority going towards purchasing lifesaving equipment at Adelaide’s Women’s and Children’s Hospital and providing daily support to families through the Little Heroes Care Program. Little Heroes is also pleased to announce a new partnership with the Childhood Dementia Initiative. There are almost 90 deaths each year from this illness, yet little is known about the 70 different variants of this condition. The Foundation is currently running the campaign ‘Raise it for Renee’, supporting a South Australian mum with all three of her children experiencing the devastating impacts of terminal childhood dementia. Little Heroes has committed $50,000 to support Renee and families like hers. In conjunction with this campaign we are also funding a PhD student in Professor Kim Hemsley's team at Flinders University to assist them with finding potential treatments and cures for childhood dementia.
Our partnership with Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation continues to grow through our Big Talks for Little People campaign, along with a new commitment towards an Eating Disorder Facility to be built here in South Australia.
