Story
Hi there!
Villa Maria Catholic Homes is a fabulous Australian institution which provides quality holistic services and life enhancing opportunities for older people, children and adults with a disability, their families and carers. Particularly close to my heart is St Pauls, VMCH's education facility which offers wonderful opportunities to children with a range of special physical and intellectual needs.
St Pauls' work will be greatly assisted by any donations that it can receive.
That's where you and I come in! I am running the Surf Coast 50km Ultra Marathon near Anglesea, Victoria, on 9 September 2017 (see www. rapidascent.com.au/SurfcoastCentury/for more details).
My preparation for my toughest ever physical challenge over beaches, hills and under cliffs is well underway, and I have already put in nearly 520km of training already this year. that will take to the edge of the ocean and into the beautiful Surf Coast hinterland
Of course, my challenge is nothing compared to the challenge that the students of St Pauls need to deal with each and every day. Hopefully you can see your way to making a contribution - big or small - to VMCH and to St Pauls and to assist them with their work.
