Story
Hi friends,
Recently, I have been struck by the sheer numbers of those I hold close and those in my wider demographic who have been and are currently dealing with issues with their mental health. It is so important that we can look to one another for support and care whenever we need it and always be willing to offer it wherever we can. I ask you to give generously to a really important organisation that work tirelessly to help those in need. This could be someone in your family, somebody you know or maybe even that stranger who you don't but carries on their fight silently each and every day.
I'll be running in support of Headspace Youth Mental Health Foundation and anything you can give will be going directly to them and their efforts and programs to give assistance to any and all young people in need of help.
For your generosity and support in reaching my goal I will be forever grateful.
Head over to https://www.headspace.org.au if you're interested in finding out what your donation will be a part of and thanks again for your support!
