Story
Hi there!
June is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month and this is very very close to my heart. I have signed myself up to the 8km Maitland River run on the 5th June. I will be dedicating this run to my strong, courageous warrior of a family member and all other Bowel Cancer patients and families.
Bowel Cancer can affect so many people at such a young age. If I can help in anyway to make people more aware of symptoms that can be similar to irritable bowel syndrome. It is to remember to get checked out and persist going back for further investigation and testing.
I’d appreciate any contribution big or small.
